The hotel is in a great quiet location. The rooms were very clean but in need of an upgrade. Service was disappointing with unhelpful staff. The dining experience was excellent with plenty of choices available. Facilities were average.

The hotel rooms were lovely, the food reasonably priced, and the drinks not bad either. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable but had an awful smell coming from the shower drain. Service was top-notch, and the staff was in charge of the rooms. The location was perfect for our needs, on a roundabout, and ideal for a family occasion. The dining experience was excellent for quality and value, with delicious sandwiches but marred by very poor service due to a staff shortage on the second morning. The facilities were good overall, down to not having enough to make that night's beds.

The hotel's location is paramount for exploring the surrounding towns and villages, although it's not the best spot being on a roundabout in the area. For reasonably priced accommodation in Littlehampton, it's worth considering for a visit to the beach and Arundel castle, despite the shortfall of not having enough staff at the hotel that night to make the beds.

I had a very pleasant three-night stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although it was a bit warmer than I preferred. The staff was friendly and the location was ideal for the family occasion we were attending. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The hotel offers lovely rooms with reasonably priced food and drinks. The car park can be noisy at night but overall, a quiet location with clean rooms.
